Machined in two pieces on the 160 or MT2 lathe these two files join together to form a stylish Bottle / Wine Stopper.

The unit also requires three "O" Rings of varying size :-.

Ring 1 = 15.08mm x 2.62mm Approx.

Ring 2 = 12.37mm x 2.62mm Approx

Ring 3 = 10.25mm x 2.62mm Approx.

The two halves can be pressed together with a little superglue or epoxy for extra strength.

We are intending producing some alternative heads both on the 4th axis system and the Zcorp rapid prototyping system.

With the drilling of a hele through the centre and a little additional pipework the project could be extended into a series of pourers.
